Catfishing as Macbeth

Step 1

In your groups, you will create a Twitter account for your assigned character. You MUST share the login information with every member of the group.

The account must be set up in full. It must reflect the characterization elements that you have developed from the play for the character you are assigned. There must be a profile picture, header photo, bio, and other twitter profiles that your character would follow that would add to your characterization.

Step 2

You must identify the different types of conflict that are going on within the specific section of the play that we are exploring. Once the conflict is identified, you conduct your character on twitter within the manner that is best representative of the play and conflict. You will be given a minimum number of posts/replies that you must post. You must post 6 tweets per activity and 3 must use language from the original translation of the play and connect to one of the themes that we have spoken about that day or previously.

Step 3

Interacting with one another between the profiles is imperative to this project. This interaction MUST be grounded within your interpretation of the play. This project will help you analyze how complex characters interact and develop over a text.
